The History of Meadow Springs - A Place for Celebrations

The opportunity of traveling and working in other venues for several years, led to a desire to build our own venue.  After 2 years of asking customers and guests what they would like to have in a venue, we started a plan.  This plan was to not only build a reception all - but to design an amazing venue that would provide one place for the ceremony and reception - and more!

The option of having one consultant to work with for catering and decorating purposes, has taken the stress out of planning weddings for our customers for years. We wanted to expand on that. We wanted to continue to offer stress free planning -  the simplicity of coordinating your catering and decorating with one consultant - and now -  in a facility that is designed to let you enjoy your entire wedding in one location.

The current  owners, Gary & Sandy Saltsman, purchased the property in 2013 as the location for a planned banquet facility.  The large home on the property was remodeled in 2014 to provide modern comfort and amenities for guests, while preserving the original character of the home. 2014 also saw the beginnings of landscaping for the new garden.  After a long planning process - the summer of 2015 began the construction on the banquet facility.  This new facility, with over 14,000 square feet, can comfortably accommodate groups of 500, with an open concept that lets you choose the layout for your event.

Meadow Springs sits proudly along Hwy 421 in southwestern Pulaski County at the intersection of Hwy 114 - halfway between Lafayette and Valparaiso -  the property is in a central location for celebrations and conferences. Come relax and enjoy the friendliness of our small Indiana towns.
