Our largest banquet room can comfortably accommodate groups up to 500 - while still providing room for a dance floor, DJ, cake table, gift table, and more.
This 8000 square foot room, designed with an open concept, allows a multitude of set up options. Whether you're
inviting 150 or 500 guests, we have a layout that makes your guests feel welcome and comfortable.
A great space for smaller celebrations - The Celebrations Room is a comfortable location for groups of 100 or less when using tables and chairs.
For meetings using row seating, with no tables, this room can accommodate groups up to 200.
The Celebrations Room is also a guaranteed backup location when renting the Garden for outside weddings. (at no extra charge!) No need to rent a second location "just in case" - your event can be held at Meadow Springs - rain or shine!

While Meadow Springs is the exclusive caterer for events at our facility, we do allow you to bring your own food for small private parties in the Celebrations Room.
All food must be prepared off-site.
Crockpots may be brought in to keep food warm, but cooking can not be done on-site.
Open flames are not allowed (no chafer burners)
There is no kitchen access, so coolers will need to be brought in for cold items.
