$350.00 Bar Set-up Fee  Includes: 1 bartender for 4 hours & bar supplies.

 

 All Open Bars – Guests will receive the beverages of their choice (or from a list you have chosen).  

Service includes:

● 1 bartender (additional bartender $100.00)

● 4 hours of service  

● All guests under 21 will only be served non-alcoholic soft drinks or juice which will be added to the tab according to our non-alcohol prices.

-Additional hours of Bar Service, add: $50 per hour per bartender

● An estimated deposit must be made prior to your event.  

● A Tab will be run throughout the serve time, and balance due must be paid at the end of the evening.  

● You may set a maximum spend limit, and you will be notified when you are close to that total.

● Failure to pay balance will result in a 10% fee per day until paid in full.

 

Full Open Bar will be stocked with the following:

● Two domestic keg choices

● Three varieties of house wine: Moscato, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet, Sweet Red

 ● House liquors o House liquors may vary, please ask for updated list prior to your event.

 

Beer & Wine Only Open Bar will be stocked with the following:

 ● Two domestic keg choices

 ● Three varieties of house wine: Moscato, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet, Sweet Red                     

 

Cash Bar  

● Guests pay for each drink as they are ordered.

 ● The bar will be stocked with the most popular options – subject to management’s discretion.

              -Bar is typically stocked with the following:  

               ▪ Two domestic kegs  

               ▪ Three varieties of house wine

               ▪ House liquors (Includes: vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whiskey, scotch, tequila)

Signature Drinks  

● Pricing will be calculated based on ingredients

● You will choose how many to offer and supplies purchased accordingly.

● Purchase of “non standard supplies”  or having drinks made up in advance and in special dispensers will result in you paying for the drinks in advance.

● Using our stock supplies, and making drinks as guests order will simply add each drink to your tab.

Tokens $5.00 each  A great choice to help manage your budget, while providing options for your guests.

● Purchase a specific number of tokens per guest.  

▪ Guests are greeted at the door, carded, and handed the tokens as courtesy of the Bride & Groom.  

▪ Tokens can be used at the bar for the beverage of their choice. (Includes beer, house wines, and house liquors)  ▪ After guests have used their tokens, drinks are available at the cash bar pricing.  

▪ Any tokens declined by guests are given to the customer to hand out as you wish.

 

Second Location Set-up  If a second bar is requested for larger events, there will be an additional $300.00 bar set up fee.  

• Additional bartender fees will apply based on the number of guests in attendance. Revised           

 

 Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package  $8.99 per person  

● Available when your caterer does not provide beverages with the meal.

● Soft Drinks, Lemonade, Juices, Iced Tea  

 

➔ Additional fees may be charged to the client if the following occurs:  

▪ If longer serving time is requested by the client and is not billed on the original invoice, client will be billed accordingly for additional time and payment will be made prior to additional services being rendered.

 ➔ 18% Service Charge plus Indiana Sales Tax will be added to the total bill.   (Alcohol purchased at a cash bar includes sales tax.)
